The magnetic drive chemical pump is a sealless centrifugal pump that uses magnetic coupling to transmit torque from the motor to the impeller, eliminating the need for a mechanical seal. This provides 100% leak-free operation, making it ideal for hazardous, toxic, and expensive chemicals. The pump features a hermetically sealed containment can that separates the pumped liquid from the atmosphere, with rare-earth magnet assemblies for efficient torque transmission.
All pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Permanent magnet coupling eliminates mechanical seal entirely, providing 100% leak-free operation for toxic, flammable, and expensive chemical fluids. No seal maintenance required.
PTFE/PFA lined casing and impeller for corrosive chemical service, combining zero leakage with superior corrosion resistance for acid and halogen handling.
Stainless steel or Hastelloy containment shell with eddy current loss optimization, pressure-rated to 16 bar with burst pressure exceeding 48 bar for safety.
Optional silicon carbide bearings with temperature monitoring provide dry-run protection for up to 30 seconds, preventing catastrophic failure during priming or low-level events.
