The Jacketed Magnetic Drive Pump combines seal-less magnetic drive technology with jacketed casing for zero-leakage handling of temperature-sensitive and hazardous fluids. Its magnetic coupling eliminates mechanical seals and emissions, while the steam or oil jacket maintains process temperature to 250°C. The pump handles flow rates from 1 to 50 m³/h at heads to 60 m, with 304/316L stainless or Hastelloy wetted parts. Suitable for molten chemicals, polymers, and toxic fluids requiring both temperature control and zero leakage.
All Jacketed Magnetic Drive Pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Magnetically coupled pump with steam or hot oil jacket, designed for zero-emission handling of crystallizing and high-viscosity fluids.
Steam or hot oil jacket maintains process temperature, preventing crystallization and solidification of waxes, polymers, and fats.
No mechanical seal ensures zero leakage of hazardous, toxic, and high-value temperature-sensitive fluids.
Samarium cobalt magnets rated for continuous operation up to 250°C, suitable for high-temperature jacketed chemical service.
