The Jacketed Insulated Centrifugal Pump is a high-temperature process pump with steam or oil jacketed casing to maintain fluid temperature and prevent solidification or crystallization. Its insulated jacket provides uniform heating around the wetted path, handling temperatures to 250°C with 304/316L stainless steel construction. The pump delivers flow rates from 2 to 100 m³/h at heads to 80 m, with mechanical seal systems suitable for hot and viscous fluids. Ideal for molten sulfur, polymers, asphalt, and high-temperature chemical processes.
All Jacketed Insulated Centrifugal Pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Steam or hot oil jacketed centrifugal pump with insulation, designed for crystallizing, high-viscosity, and heat-sensitive fluid service.
Jacket maintains process temperature during pumping and shutdown, preventing solidification of waxes, fats, polymers, and crystallizing chemicals.
External insulation minimizes heat loss, reducing energy consumption and protecting operators from high-temperature surfaces.
Cast iron, 316L, and alloy construction with various jacket configurations, suitable for chemical, food, and polymer processing.
