The Forced Circulation Pump is a specialized axial or mixed-flow pump designed for evaporator, crystallizer, and reboiler circulation systems in chemical and process industries. Its low-head, high-flow design moves large volumes of process fluid through heat exchangers, with flow rates up to 5,000 m³/h at heads of only 2-20 m. The pump handles temperatures to 250°C with stainless steel, duplex, or nickel alloy construction for corrosive and scaling fluids. Ideal for zero-liquid discharge, crystallization, and chemical concentration processes.
All Forced Circulation Pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Axially split casing with double-suction impeller for high-flow medium-head service, providing balanced axial thrust and low NPSH.
Flow rates up to 10,000 m³/h, suitable for water supply, cooling water, fire protection, and large-volume circulation.
Horizontally split casing allows top removal of rotating element without disconnecting suction or discharge piping.
Double-suction impeller balances axial thrust, with heavy-duty bearings providing L10 life exceeding 40,000 hours at BEP.
