The high-temperature chemical pump is a heavy-duty centrifugal pump specifically engineered for circulating thermal oil, hot water, and other heat transfer fluids at elevated temperatures. It features a centerline-mounted casing and special cooling systems to handle thermal expansion and maintain seal and bearing life. The pump features a centerline-supported casing to accommodate thermal growth, a high-temperature mechanical seal with flush plan, and air-cooled or water-cooled bearing housing.
All pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Cast steel or 12% chrome wetted parts rated for continuous operation up to 350°C, with centerline mounting to manage thermal growth in hot chemical process service.
Steam or hot oil jacket for crystallizing, high-viscosity, or heat-sensitive fluids, maintaining process temperature and preventing solidification during shutdown.
Low-NPSH, high-flow impeller design optimized for evaporator, crystallizer, and reboiler circulation service, with stable operation at low system head.
API 682 compatible seal chamber with Plan 23 or Plan 32 flush for high-temperature service, with water-cooled seal support system available.
