The API 610 VS4 is a vertically suspended, single-casing, wet-pit centrifugal pump built to API Standard 610 specifications. It is designed for immersion in sumps or pits, eliminating the need for priming and providing reliable operation with varying liquid levels. The VS4 features a vertical shaft with line shaft bearings, a suction bell at the bottom, and a discharge flange above the mounting plate. Optional jacketed discharge columns are available for high-temperature or crystallizing services.
All pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Vertically suspended, single-stage overhung pump per API 610 VS4 type, with submerged impeller for below-grade sump and tank service in refineries and chemical plants.
Shaft lengths from 1 to 6 meters available, with line shaft bearings lubricated by product or external flush. Designed for specific pit depth without modification.
Impeller operates below liquid level, eliminating priming problems and NPSH limitations associated with horizontal pumps in underground sump applications.
316L, duplex, or fluoroplastic lined wetted parts for corrosive sump service, with optional vapor seal to prevent toxic vapor escape along the shaft.
