The API 610 VS6 is a vertically suspended, double-casing (canned), diffuser-type pump designed for dry-pit installation. The pressurized suction can provides the necessary NPSH for pumping volatile liquids at or near their vapor pressure. The VS6 features an outer pressure-containing can with an inner diffuser-type pump bowl assembly. This design is ideal for boiler feed water, condensate, and light hydrocarbon services where NPSH is critical.
All pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Vertically suspended, single-stage canned motor pump per API 610 VS6 type, with hermetically sealed motor for zero-emission hazardous fluid service in refineries and chemical plants.
No mechanical seal — the motor rotor is immersed in the pumped fluid, contained within a hermetically sealed can. Eliminates seal maintenance and emissions entirely.
Integrated motor and pump design with no external coupling, reducing overall height and installation space compared to conventional vertical sump pumps with above-ground motors.
Fewer moving parts (no seal, no coupling), with sleeve bearings lubricated by process fluid. MTBF typically exceeds 8 years in properly applied installations.
