The Stainless Steel Chemical Pump is an ISO standard centrifugal pump constructed entirely in 304 or 316L stainless steel for corrosion-resistant chemical service. Its all-stainless wetted path handles mild to moderately corrosive fluids, solvents, and clean chemicals without lining degradation. The close-coupled or long-coupled configuration offers installation flexibility, while the open or closed impeller options accommodate different fluid characteristics. Ideal for chemical processing, pharmaceuticals, and food applications requiring hygienic stainless construction.
All Stainless Steel Chemical Pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Standard 316L stainless steel wetted parts with low carbon content for improved intergranular corrosion resistance in chemical and pharmaceutical applications.
Closed-type impeller with optimized vane geometry achieves peak efficiency 75-82%, reducing power consumption and operating cost.
Rotating assembly removes as complete cartridge without disturbing piping, with pre-aligned bearing housing and seal for quick maintenance.
Suitable for acids, alkalis, solvents, and chemical solutions at temperatures -20°C to 180°C, covering most general chemical process transfer duties.
