The pneumatic double diaphragm pump (AODD) is a positive displacement pump that uses compressed air to alternately actuate two flexible diaphragms, creating a vacuum and pressure cycle that moves fluid through the pump. With no rotating parts, seals, or electrical components, it offers exceptional versatility and safety. The AODD pump can run dry indefinitely, self-prime from dry, and handle a wide range of fluids from thin chemicals to viscous slurries.
All pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Air-operated double diaphragm pump for chemical transfer, with self-priming capability and dry-running protection for versatile industrial applications.
Pneumatic operation eliminates need for electrical power, suitable for hazardous areas, remote locations, and portable transfer applications.
Gentle pumping action minimizes shear degradation of sensitive products, suitable for polymers, latex, food products, and viscous materials.
Available in PP, PVDF, aluminum, and stainless steel wetted parts with various elastomer options, covering broad range of chemical applications.
