The Fluoroplastic Self Priming Pump combines self-priming capability with fluoroplastic (F46/PFA) wetted construction for highly corrosive chemical applications. Its integrated priming chamber eliminates the need for foot valves and external priming, while the non-metallic lining withstands strong acids and oxidizing agents. The pump handles flow rates from 1 to 50 m³/h at heads to 50 m and temperatures to 100°C. Suitable for chemical transfer, acid loading, and installations where suction line priming is impractical.
All Fluoroplastic Self Priming Pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Low-NPSH high-flow centrifugal pump specifically for evaporator, crystallizer, and reboiler forced circulation service in chemical and food processing.
Large-eye impeller and optimized suction geometry provide NPSHr as low as 1.5m, suitable for boiling liquids near vapor pressure.
Flow rates up to 3,000 m³/h at low head 5-30m, ideal for large-volume circulation in evaporation and crystallization systems.
Available in 316L, duplex, 254 SMO, and titanium for corrosive hot liquid circulation in chemical and mineral processing.
