The Fluorine Lined Self Priming Pump features a cast iron casing with F46 fluoroplastic lining for cost-effective corrosion resistance in chemical service. Its self-priming design allows flexible installation above fluid level without foot valves, while the lined wetted path handles acids, alkalis, and corrosive solvents. The pump delivers flow rates from 2 to 100 m³/h at heads to 60 m and temperatures to 120°C. Ideal for chemical processing, acid transfer, and industrial wastewater applications.
All Fluorine Lined Self Priming Pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Self-priming centrifugal pump with fluoroplastic lined wetted parts, combining self-priming convenience with superior corrosion resistance.
Self-priming capability up to 6-8 meters vertical lift, eliminating need for foot valve and allowing above-tank installation.
PTFE/PFA lined wetted parts handle strong acids, alkalis, and halogenated solvents that corrode stainless steel self-priming pumps.
Maintains priming fluid in casing for immediate restart after shutdown, suitable for intermittent and batch transfer operations.
