The Vertical Axial Flow Pump is a high-flow, low-head propeller pump designed for large-volume water movement in irrigation, drainage, and industrial circulation systems. Its axial-flow impeller delivers flow rates from 100 to 5,000 m³/h at heads of only 2-15 m with high efficiency. The vertical configuration saves floor space and allows submerged operation, with cast iron or stainless steel construction for temperatures to 80°C. Ideal for flood control, cooling water, and large-volume water transfer applications.
All Vertical Axial Flow Pumps are manufactured under ISO 9001 quality management system. Each pump undergoes rigorous testing including hydrostatic pressure test, performance test, NDT inspection, and dynamic balance verification before shipment. We provide comprehensive documentation including test reports, material certificates, and operation manuals.
Propeller-type axial flow pump for very high flow low-head applications, with flow rates up to 20,000 m³/h at heads 2-10m.
Propeller impeller optimized for high-volume low-head service, achieving 80-85% efficiency for large-scale water and process circulation.
Vertically mounted with submerged impeller, suitable for flood control, irrigation, cooling water, and large-volume sump drainage.
Adjustable pitch blades allow performance optimization for varying system conditions, maximizing efficiency across operating range.
